‘We believe in every employee’s integrity’: KaFe Rocks Group launches unlimited paid leave policy

On Wednesday, KaFe Rocks Group announced the launch of an unlimited paid leave policy for their employees.

In addition to the 100 per cent remote working freedom, flexible schedule, and several well-being benefits, this is another step in strengthening the company’s people-centred culture.

The new policy gives even more freedom and trust to KaFe Rocks’ employees and lets them decide when and for how long to take a break.

This policy applies in addition to the local legislation and offers unlimited leave days on top of the national holidays and minimum leave entitlement.

The company’s recently restructured People Team will be working closely with managers to encourage employees in taking leave freely, and leverage the new policy to empower people and further increase employee satisfaction.
