The UK Gambling Commission on Wednesday announced that it has fined white label operator TGP Europe Limited £316,250 (€360,651) in relation to AML shortcomings and social responsibility failures.
The operator – which runs 19 websites – will also receive an official warning and have conditions added to its licence.

In a statement, the Commission said that additional licence conditions setting out action the TGP Europe must take to ensure thorough due diligence checks are conducted have been added to its licence.
The Commission also reminded all operators entering white-label partnerships of their obligations at law.
White label partnerships involve a licensed operator running a gambling business using the branding of another business.
