To protect consumers the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) released a list of 18 entities operating in Malta without authorisation to do so. Offering services to local consumers of gambling products without being duly regulated contravenes Article 13 of the Gaming Act, the regulator cautioned. It further alerted consumers to refrain from using the services of operators that
fail to comply with the legal requirements.
