The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has announced the revocation of Dimsacon Limited’s license effective as of 21 May 2025. The cancellation refers to authorisation number RN/225/2021, initially granted to the company.
Dimsacon Limited, owned by Darius Ryszard Stekla, previously faced regulatory action in October 2024 when the MGA suspended its authorisation. That suspension was later lifted in January 2025, allowing the company to resume operations.
However, the MGA has now once again suspended the company’s licence, with the revocation decision open to appeal.
In its official statement, the MGA said the action was taken in accordance with section 22(3) of the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (S.L. 583.05), and section 8(1)(f) of the Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations (S.L. 583.06).
“The Authorised Person is thus no longer authorised to carry out any gaming operations in or from Malta with immediate effect,” the statement read.
The sanction was imposed on Darius Ryszard Stekla in accordance with regulations 9(1)(a), 9(1)(m), and 10(1)(a) of the Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations.
