Prominent iGaming company Glitnor Group, has announced that the relocation of its workforce to Sliema (Malta)’s iconic Villino Zammit was successfully completed earlier this month.

Villino Zammit is a well-liked building in Sliema, built in the late 19th century by philanthropist Alfonso Maria Galea and his brother in-law Agostino Borg Cardona, and has become famous in recent years by playing host to a number of iGaming companies recently.

Glitnor Group’s CEO David Flynn, emphasised that the move was not simply a cosmetic one: “At Glitnor Group, we thrive by doing things differently – and by moving our team to a truly unique setting in Malta’s Villino Zammit and providing them with a progressive new working policy, we’re ready to continue bucking the trend in 2022,” he said.

This working policy aims to create a new attitude towards work, seeing the introduction of a number of progressive initiatives to help team enjoy a better work-life balance.

The policy is said to be in-line with Glitter’s progressive attitude towards operating in iGaming, with the company running at the cutting edge of the industry, recording triple digit year-on-year growth since 2018.

With a team of over 200 across multiple countries, Glitnor Group boasts a strong portfolio of brands within the Asian and European casino markets, including Gambola and Lucky Casino – the latter of which was presented with the title ‘Rising Star in Casino’ at the SBC Awards 2021 thank to its success as the fastest growing B2C brand in Sweden with over 180 per cent YoY growth.

The group’s B2B brand, Swintt, meanwhile, is one of the industry’s most sought-after software providers and has enjoyed exponential growth in the past 18 months.

Now offering slots, live dealer and casino games to operators in Malta, Sweden and many other popular gaming jurisdictions, Swintt has been one of the success stories of 2021 and continues to expand its catalogue of titles each month.

“We believe our new location and initiatives are a fitting ‘thank you’ to our team for helping us achieve what has been a remarkable couple of years for the company. With a flexible approach to office hours and a striking creative space to work from, the group has confirmed its position as one of the top employers in the industry and we look forward to enjoying further growth in the New Year,” Mr Flynn added.
